The Mr. Pig Face Weapon Waist project has been pushed back once again until further notice. According to Crooked I, the project was pushed back due to an issue with clearing a sample. Hopefully, that will be straightened out as soon as possible so that fans can get their hands on this material. In the mean time, Crooked I has announced that the art work for the E.P. should be released this week. That should give fans something to look forward to until the next update. As always, keep it locked to The B.O.S.S. Board for additional updates regarding Crooked I and his upcoming projects.

The highly anticipated "Mr. Pig Face Weapon Waist" EP has been officially pushed back until August 18th. This is breaking news and certainly a last minute decision as everything was set to drop only days ago. There has been no confirmation of why the EP is pushed back other than Crooked I announcing that he has a special surprise for the fans. We are not quite sure what that surprise entails, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that it will be worth the wait. For those of you who are not aware, the feature appearances and production notes were recently released for the project. Acts that are featured on the project include The Horse Shoe Gang, K-Young, Raekwon, Edi and of course Slaughterhouse. Additionally, there will be a surprise appearance by Snoop Dogg who has recently squashed the long time beef with Crooked I. As far as production on the project is concerned, fans can expect to hear tracks by Komplex, Scram Jones, Street Runner, Frequency & P. Silva. However, in light of this recent push back, we are expecting to see additions made to these line up's. While it is understandable that fans are disappointed by this change of plans, it may all turn out to be for the better. Make certain to keep your browsers locked to The B.O.S.S. Board as we will certainly keep you up-to-date with information regarding this upcoming release.

We have recently received the feature appearances and production credits for the project and fans are going to be quite surprised at some of the names mentioned. However, there is one name that you will certainly not be expecting to hear on the project and that name is Snoop Dogg. Readers may remember our April Fools Day joke stating that Snoop Dogg and Crooked I had recorded a track together. We assure you that this is not an April Fools Day joke and that Snoop Dogg is definitely making an appearance on the EP. When it comes to production credits, fans can expect to hear beats from Komplex, Scram Jones, Street Runner, Frequency & P. Silva. Just from glancing at the names who have put in work on this project, fans should be incredibly hyped for the EP's July 21st release date. Crooked I will be releasing his highly anticipated "Mr. Pig Face Weapon Waist EP" on July 21st to help build hype for the upcoming self-titled release from Slaughterhouse. The EP is said to contain 6 songs including "Monumental", a left-over from the Slaughterhouse album. It is rumored that the nearly legendary track "We Outta Here" by Slaughterhouse will also be appearing on the EP. However, that is an uncertainty at this time as it was also offered to Joe Budden for his "Escape Route" project also dropping this summer. At this time, it is unclear which retail outlets will be releasing the Crooked I EP. Fans will recall that his "Block Obama II EP" was released through digital outlets such as iTunes and Amazon's digital music store. For those of you who are not aware, Crooked I has been labeled "Mr. Pig Face" due to the fact that he introduces himself wearing a pig-mask during Slaughterhouse performances. This mask is an obvious tribute to Slaughterhouse's widely recognized logo. While we can not provide additional information regarding Crooked I's project, we are certain that additional information will present itself as we approach the release date. Be certain to pick this EP up when it becomes available and visit music stores on August 11th to purchase the soon-to-be classic Slaughterhouse album.
